Newcomers are going to San Francisco via the wonderful new Caltrain system, followed by lunch at the well-known Delancey Street restaurant, then home via the train!

We plan to meet at the Mountain View Train Station (600 W Evelyn Ave Mtn Vw) at 10 am and everyone should have bought their roundtrip tickets and parking tickets at the ticket kiosks. (Tip -Remember your parking slot number for the machine.) (An exact meeting point will be decided on and convened.)

We will take the Northbound train to San Francisco that departs 10:16 am and arrives into San Francisco at 11:15 am. We will then proceed to catch the Tram from King St & 4th and take it to The Embarcadero & Brannon. (Tram tickets are less than $3 and can be bought with cash or credit card on the tram or ticket kiosk.) Delancey’s Restaurant is right there at 600 The Embarcadero SF.

We plan to arrive at 11:45 am for lunch and everyone is responsible for their own lunch cost.
